In a world full of noise, decisions, and competing voices, Scripture invites us back to a simple but courageous prayer: “Lead me, Lord.” God promises not only to guide us, but to walk with us through His Spirit. Yet being led requires surrender. God cannot lead when we grip the wheel or ask Him to bless choices we’ve already made. True prayer is discovering what’s on His list for us. God’s leading will always align with His Word and His character. Like a shepherd with tired sheep, God carries us when we are weary, walks with us through valleys, and restores our souls. Where God leads we find safety, and His desires for us surpass our own. May our prayer become: “God, give me the courage to follow.”
