Greetings Church Family,
As you know, yesterday, Governor Bullock announced the reopening of the State of Montana in phases. He released the guidelines for each phase and mentioned that this Sunday, April 26, not only will the stay at home order be lifted, but places of worship will also be allowed to open and resume their services under certain guidelines. The CLC Leadership team is excited to come back together to worship in the house of God. We feel strongly that opening the doors to the church is what the Lord is calling us to do as the government has allowed. With that, we want to honor our authorities and ensure that we are compliant with the Governor’s guidelines as we begin live services once again. As a team, we have come up with guidelines and phases that coincide with the ones listed by our government so that we can begin our live services this Sunday.
We want you to know that your health and safety are very important to us. We are taking caution and extra measures to provide a safe and welcoming environment to all those that enter.
In the first phase of our reopening, we will have one service at 9:00am. We will operate at fifty percent of our capacity and remove half of the seats from the sanctuary so that families can continue to worship together while providing enough room for social distance. During phase one, we will not have any Next Generation ministry (ages 0 -18), however we encourage them to come and worship with their families during our Sunday and Wednesday services. In compliance with the States guidelines, we do encourage those 65 or older, those who are more vulnerable to the virus and/or those who are sick, to continue to shelter in place. For more information on groups that are higher risk – please click here. CLC will continue to provide the service online on our Facebook and YouTube channel so you can continue to join us from your home.
We will move forward with the next phase as the State allows and will continue to update you. I am looking forward to seeing you as we continue to seek His presence together and grow in Him.
Pastor Matt Reneau
